Georgia Power Company hereby submits additional int '.ation concerning the status of compliance with the requirements of item II.K.3.27 of NUREG-0737.
Georgia Power Company, as discussed in our letter dated December 31, 1980, concurs with the BWR Owners Group position on common reference zero for Reactor Pressure Vessel water level.
The present level indication is considered to be fully adequate in its present condition; therefore, it is concluded that no changes are required.
- However, should the NRC not accept the Owners Group position, we intend to review the points of disagreement and address them to achieve accentable res,olution. Completion of the implementation of hardware modifications, if required, will depend upon the date of the NRC's decision, the availability of any needed hardware, and the operating status of the plant.
It may, therefore, be late-than July 1,1981.
