Inspection & Enforcement Bulletin 77-02 Westinghouse NSD Technical Bulletin No. 77-10 (U. S. NRC I&E Bulletin 77-02) addresses increased failures of AR relays with latch attachments.

We do not have this type of relay at Connecticut Yankee; therefore, we do not need to be concerned with the suggested modification.
