relative to Stem Mounted Limit Switches (SMLS) on Safety Related Air Operated Control Valve Circuits.
Action Required Deter.nine if any NAMCO D 2400X or EA-170-302 Snap Lock Switches are utilized in any safety related equipment in the primary containment, including usage in the control valve circuitry mentioned in Westinghouse Technical Bulletin #NSD-TB-77-13.
