By letter dated March 31, 1975, Consumers Power Company trans-mitted an Abnormal Occurrence Report for the Big Rock Point Plant. This report was numbered A0-08-75 and pertained to containment supply vent valve leakage. Subsequent review of this report has detected an error in Item 6 of the report which needs to be corrected for purposes of clarity.
The next to the last sentence in Item 6 of the report should read "The initial evaluation of this occurrence attributed the large leakage to a packing maladjustment of CV-4096 which is a check valve downstream (during DBA conditions) of CV-4097 (an air-operated butter-fly valve)."
I regret the inconvenience of this lack of clarity in the report.
