This is in response to.your letter dated December 17, 1976 which enclosed Circular 76-07 and requested a review of our plans or programs which are to provide positive assurance l
that members of our reactor operating and support staff are, in fact, complying with the safety procedures we have in ef-

fect and that they are aware of safety related incidents that have occurred at our facility or similar facilities.
The review was completed on March 7, 1977 and has identified certain areas which will require minor changes to comply with your suggestions.
