Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In reference to Mr. James A. Wactor's verbal notification to Mr. John K. Rausch on 10/23/80, the Piping Burn-Thru as identified by Daniel Construction Company (NCN-2830) is still being evaluated.
The questionable pipe section has been replaced. However, a determination of the burn-thru has not been made as to this being a reportable item in accordance with 10CFR50.55(e).
You will be informed immediately upon completion of the evaluation.
