Dear Mr. Hillman:
In previous letters from us dated November 14,.1979, and September 3, 1980, we requested route approvals for shipments of spent fuel.
We now understand that Fayetteville, N.C.,
is classified as a heavily populated area and hereby request route approval around this area using the following routes from I-95:
US 701 south to N.C. 41 west to bypass Rt. 211 north. The shipments will be transported to and beyond this point using the previously approved rs.ing.
3 If you have an overview showing the above requested rout-ing, a copy of it would be appreciated.
