Attached is a revised copy of the Quality Assurance Program sent to yo : on October 2, 1980 for agreement State License 92-104-3 in ace..d with requirements of 10 CFR Part 71', Appendix E.
We have in our possession a ecpy of the certificate of compliance with revisions for the USA /6717/B package we are currently using along with a drawing of the package and applicable documents. We also have in our possession a copy of the certificate. of compliance for the USA /
9036/B package.
