This refers to your September 29, 1980 application for approval of your Fixed Site Physical Protection Plan for License SNM-23.
Accompanying the application was a major safeguards amendment fee of $8.300 under fee Category 1 A of Section 170.31 of Part 170.
In response to your application Section 9.0 of Materials and Plant Protection Amendment MPP-1 to Licenso SNM-23 was amended on June 8. July 9 and 17,1981, by revising various license conditions '~ _
