STAFF'S ANSWER IN SUPPORT OF PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC C0t1PANY'S MOTION FOR A PROTECTIVE ORDER REGARDING PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS On May 13, 1981, the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) moved the Licensing Board for a protective order pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.740(c), permitting the suspension of document production by PG&E pending the disposition of the joint motion for suspension of all discovery and motion activity filed by Staff and PG&E.
The NRC Staff has no objection to the granting of the requested motion.
