U.S. NCCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION EXPORT LICENSE Conditions License Number XTO 8514 Condition 1 - Licensee shall file with the Customs Officer or the Postmester two copies,in addi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Declerction covering each export cnd merk one of such copies for transmittel to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-Ictory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following declaration should oc-company or be placed on the Shipper's Sport Declarations for su:h exports:
"This shipment is being made pursucnt to specific license number (specific license number) filed et (location of Customs office where license is filed),
on (date license was filed). This license expires on (expiration dote of license), and the unshipped balnnce remaining on this license is sufficient to cover the shipment described on this declarationf Condition 2 - Sports authorized in any country or destinction, except Country Groups Q, S, W, X, Y, and Z in Port 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehensive Export Schedule of the U.S. Depcrtment of Commerce.
Condition 3 - This license covers only the nuclecr content of the meterici.
Condition 4 - The meterici to be e$ ported under this license shcIl be shipped in accordance with the physical protection requirements for specici nuclear meterici in 10 CFR 73.
Condition 5 - Specici nuclear meterict outhorized for export under this license shall not be transported outside the United States in passenger carrying circraft in shipments exceeding (1) 20 grams or 20 curies, whichever is less, of plutonium or uranium 233, or (2) 350 grams of uranium 235.
Condition 6-This license cuthorizes export only cnd does not c ithorize the rece;pt, physical possession, or use of the nuclear materici.
Condition 7 - The licensee shcIl complete and submit en NRC Form 741 for ecch shipment cf source meterici exported under this license.
Condition 8 - The licensee shcIl cdvise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designe-tien of the compcny who will package the nuclecr meterial to be exported under this license, or any change in the lecction of the pcckaging operation, et least three weeks prior to the scheduled dcte of export.
