May 2.1, 1981 MEMORANDUM ON POSSIBLE SCHEDULE FOR PROPOSED FINDINGS ON EMERGENCY PLANNING ISSUES As indicated in our Memorandtsn and Order on Resumption of Hearik dated May 20, 1981, we will discuss the schedule for proposed findings on emergency planning issues at the hearing session which will begin on June 4, 1981. Although a precise schedule will not be established before the matter is discussed at the upcoming hearing session, the parties should be aware that the board may direct that by July 1,1981 initial proposed find'ngs be filed on emergency planning evidence which has been presented by that time.
