MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON RESUMPTION OF HEARING The evidentiary hearing in this proceeding will resume on Thursday, June 4,1981 at 10:00 a.m., at the NRC Hearing Room, 25 North Court Street, Harrisburg, Pa. The primary purpose of this session will be the presentation of rebuttal testimony by Dr. Erikson on behalf of ANGRY, as lead intervenor on most emergency planning issues.
At this session of the hearing the board also may rule on some pending motions and entertain discussion by the parties of miscellaneous items such as adoption of a schedule for proposed findings on emergency 1
I planning issues, pending stipulations of testimony, and updated reports from the staff and licensee on the schedule and scope of matters which l
remain to be heard.
If necessary, this session of the hearing will l
continue through the morning of Friday, June 5, beginning at 8:30 a.m.
