Enclosed please find an aoplication from General Electric Comoany for two boilf qg water reactors, with a power level of 2600 MUe, for export to Mexico. The two units are identified as Lanuna Verde linits 3 and 4 We note that the applicant is applying for an export licanse priur to award of the proiect; however, Mexico has not indicated that approval of the export license is a prict condition of awarding the project.
