face chaos if that oil were cut off which could be done by a reckless, unfriendly power,.
It should be very obvious to anyone that we must develop our readily-available supplies of coal and nuclear energy at the earliest possible moment, to assu::e the preservation of America; waiting until the oil is cut off is too late.
Therefore:
