Dear Mr. Youngblood:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter of May 5, 1981, requesting that I advise you if I wish to continue to receive copies of NRC correspondence with respect to the above proceedings.
As you know, my client, the Louisville Water Company, is a party to the proceedings and has continuing interest in the construction, licensing and operations of the plant as it relates to discharges into the Ohio River, the source of my client's water supply.
The Louisville Water Company in dropping its initial opposition to the plant, reached agree-ment in writing with Public Service Indiana and the NRC which agreement has continuing obligations on the part of Public Service Indiana with respect to testing and communications.
With the above in mind, I would like to continue tc re-ceive cepies of documents filed in the proceedings so that we may be kept current as construction and licensing progress.
