Operatina Summary The following is a chronological description of plant operations including other pertinent itema of interest for the month:

4/1/81 At the beginning of the reporting period the plant was operating at 99.8% of rated thermal power.

4/30/81 At the end of the reporting period the plant was operating at 99.8% of rated thermal power.

Operations for the month produced the highest thermal capacity factor to date-(.99.6%).
