Dear Mr. Mcdonald:
In response to your letter of March 23, 1981, we are en-closing Four (4) Copies of our Quality Assurance Program for Transportation of Industrial Radiography Devices. Your referenced letter of November 26, 1980, was not received in this office.
Our Initial License Application was submitted prior to the effective date for submitting Quality Assurcatce Programs, and the License was not issued until af ter the effective date. Thus, this requirecent was never brought to our attention, and it is surprising that an Inspection performed on October 2,1980, found no Items of Noncompliance or Unsafe Conditions.
