Docket No. 50-367 (Construction Permit Extension)

Dear Licensing Board Members:

On April 27, 1981, Intervenors George and Anna Grabowski filed a request for an additional five or more weeks to answer interr?gatories propounded by the Applicant. While the grant of such an extension should not effect the pace of the proceeding, the length of the requested extension does not appear entirely justified. The Staff interposes no objection the grant of a more reasonable extension, such as the May 15, 1981 date agreed to by the Applicant.

Sincerely,

(-(v ~~ki A '
