Dear Mr. McCorkle:
As you are aware, the current strike action initiated by guards of Burns Internat'ional Sacurity Services, Inc., at the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station has tbmporarily made it impossible for us to comply with the schedule for guard training as required by the approved Safeguard Contingency Plan.
Once the situation stabilizes we will immediately proceed with com-pliance training.
We will assume the above meets with your approval unless advised to the contrary.
