'a'e have completed six (6) of the seven (7) complex safety-related placements outlined in the complex pour schedule submitted by letter, January. 8, 1981.

These pours have demonstrated that the Concrete Restart Program has been satisfactorily implemented and verified that:

A. Management systems and special procedureti controlling the safety-related compler concrete work are effective, and

3. Training of personnel is adequate, and C. Adequate scaffing exists tc both perfor.i and memge the work.

Accordingly, our plans for safety-related complex concrete placements have been expanded to an additional fourteen (14) complex placements. A description and the logic for these additional placements is previded in the Attachments to this letter. Z Jse placements would take place over a time frame of approximately 26 weekt. Actual individual pour dates will vary depending upon job conditions.
