The NRC Staff has no objection to the request for an extension of time contained in Intervenor Lloyd K. Marbet's le+,ter to the Board dated May 4, 1981.
Intervenor has requested that subr N ion of his argumentation on admission of proposed Contention AS-5 "bc timed one week following the Board's resolution of its April 28 Order (Relative to PGE's Future Plan for Pebble Springs]." In view of the Board's April 28 Order, a grant of the requested extension should not impact on the hearing schedule regarding
" alternative sites."
