A copy of this transmittal is attached to each amend-ment copy.
This transmittal consists of two pages.
Page 2.5.4-55 was submitted in Amendment 18 without the changes made in Amendment 17 The corrected page is attached.
In addition, through literal interpretation of the Amendment 18 instructions, page 10.4-16a could have been inadvertently deleted from the FSAR. This page is included with this transmittal for re-insertion in the FSAR.
