A.
Due to the establishment of final overhead rates for direct labor for periods to be specified further in instant modification, an additional 55,918.30 is obligated to the contract.
B.
The effective date of the provisional overhead rate for direct labor in modification Five (5) is changed from O'ctober 1,1979 to March 1,1980.
An additional $6,303.04 is allotted for costs associated hereto.

, ARTICLE III - CONSIDERATION A.
OBLIGATION OF FUNDS, ESTIMATED COST, FIXED FEE 1)
The presently total estimated cost of the work to be performed under this contract is $193,844.16, which consists of $181,015.16 in the estimated reimbursable costs, and $12,829.00 in fixed fee.
There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the contractor's fixed fee for rebson of differences between any estimate of cost for performance of the work under this cont.'act und the actual performance of that work.
2)
Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract is $193,844.16, of which $12,829.00 represents the fixed fee.
3)
This funding action provides complete funds for full performance of the contract, as amended.
B.
INDIRECT COSTS The final labor overhead rates for the periods cited below have been established as follows:
