amended by Endorsement Nos. 35 and 40 is further amended to read:
1 1.
All premium due for the insurance afforded by this policy is to be paid by Georgia Power Company.
2.
Any reserve premium refund which may be returnable pursuant to the Industry Credit Rating Plan Premium Endorsement is to be paid to Georgia Power Company or its assigns or successors in interest, and Oglethorpe Power Corporation and Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia and City of Dalton, Georgia hereby transfer and relinquish all of their rights thereto.
