SIERRA CLUBS NOTICE OF APPEAL FROM ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD RULINGS DENYING INTERVENTION Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.311, Sierra Club hereby appeals to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission from the Rulings entered by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board on August 23, 2019, and November 18, 2019. The Ruling on August 23, 2019 held that all Sierra Club contentions, except Contention 13, were inadmissisble. The November 18, 2019 Ruling dismissed Contention 13 and held that Sierra Clubs Amended Contention 13 was inadmissible.
Sierra Club appeals the denial of Contentions 1, 4, 6, 9, 11, 13, amended 13, 14, and 16. A Brief supporting this appeal is filed concurrently with this Notice of Appeal.
