This letter is in response to the Notice of Violation received as a result of inspections at this facility during the period January 1-31, 1981.
Numbering is consistent with that in the Notice of Violation.

I= mediately upon notification, the valve stem packing gland vent of 7-1110-57 vas sealed in the open position, correcting the violation.'
b.
The sealed valve list was revised to include this valve. Where conflicts exist between P.I.'s, O.P.O.P. s and other documents with the sealed valve list, the sealed valve list has been the governing document.

As the sealed valve list has been revised to include those valves listed in the FSAR, we are nov in compliance.
