Dear Mr. Smack:
'w I have your request for a copy of the remarks I will make at.the AIF Workshop in New Orleans.
I have been ::a busy with Congressional hearings and with efforts to bring the Commission to action on measures to deal with the current licensing situation that I have had no time to prepare a paper.
It is probably just as well. Any remarks I might have prepared would likely be obsolete by April 13th.
