Elronhut's letter dated Neverber 20, 1980, to change the ts:hnical specifications of Sequoyah Nuclear Plant unit 1 (Fmlosure 1). Also enclored are justificatiens to cupoort the propoe ed cbsmes (Frebsure 2).

Shaw of your staff on April. 3, 1981. Durirv3 that discussion, it was agreed that a meeting wxild be neenesary to rmolve this fisue for fecucr/r.h !belear Plant tmits 1 and 2.
In conjuncticn with Mr. Shaw, we have scheduled a meting for 1 p.m. on 7pril 17, 1981. We are coordinating this meeting through the Divisien of Licensing.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 170.22, ue have deter-mined the propoced amenchent to be Class III. We classification is based on the fact that a single cafety issue is invol.ved. %e ronittanort of
