Gentlemen:
Your letter (Reference 1) informed us that the Commission had finalized its position with respect to location and habitability requirements for the Emergency Operations Facility and staffing levels for emergency situations.
DPC will schedule completion of the Technical Support Center and the establishment of an emergency operations facility by October 1,
- 1982, with a submittal of conceptual design by June 1, 1981.
Our position on staffing levels for emergency situations was initially addressed in Reference (2) and was further discussed with submittal of the upgraded LACBWR Emergency Plan (Reference 3).
