Enclosed you will find a draft revised SNM Accountability Manual for the State University of New York at Buffalo Nuclear Science and Technology Facility.
(RIS-ZYL). Cur original Accountability Manual has been =odified several ti=es, usually in response to NRC inspections. The manual has therefore become sonewhat cumberso=e. The new manual I am forwarding incorporates changes made to date, and includes revised internal accounting forms.
I would appreciate it very much if you would review the docu=ent.
