Dear Mr. Wingard:
This is in reply to your letter dated February 11, 1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, documents trans-mitted between the NRC's Office of State Programs and the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Radiation Control Section, in regards to the NRC Office of State Programs 1981 Annual Compatability Review. You limited your request to those documents that relate wholly or in part to natural radiation and Technologically Enhanced Natural Radiation (TENR).
Also, you requested any conclusions or recom-mendations that the NRC formed in regard to the State of Washington's Radiation Monitoring Program.
We have not located any documents subject to your request.
