9 2-f 2~ kf Prairie Alliance racently filed Petition for Leave to Intervene and Supplement inIllinois Power Company's request for an operating license for Clinton Units 1 and 2. (dacket numbers 50-461 and 50-462)
We are presently working with the NRC staff -Richard Goddard- to bring our petition into the proper form by March 9, 1981. We require, but do not have, a number of relevant documents. The LPDR in Clinton is 35 miles away and it is a hardship for our representatives to make this trip on a regular basis. In fact, plans made for a trip there today had to be cancelled because the roads were impassible due to ice and snow. We feel that the current set-up is in violation of the Freedom of Information Act. We would greatly appreciate having copies of a number of documents. Our request is for the following:
I) Licensee Events Reports pertaining to BRRs.
II) NUREGS 0654, 0386, 0737, 0690, 0578, 0585, 0694, the annual report for 1980, and the most recent Generic Task Action Plan III)The Inspection and Evaluation Reports and Illinois Power's responses.
