On December 31, 1980, Duquesne Light Company submitted ten copies of the Beaver Valley Power Station E=ergency Preparedness Plan and ten copies each of the Co=sonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of West Virginia, and the Beaver County emergency response plans.
The State of Ohio; Colu=biana County, Ohio; and Hancock County, West Virginia had not made their respective emergency response plans available to Duquesne Light in time for submission on that date.
Duquesne Light has since received these documents and is submitting them for your use pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54.
Please find enclosed the following documents:
