MODIFICATION NO.1 TO CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-80-236 Pursuant to Article-III(c)-CONSIDERATION _ of the subject contract, I hereby unilaterally increase the amount of funds obligated in the Appendix A, Article A-III(b) by $100,000.00 from $76,000.00 to $176,000.00.
