-This letter documents our. understanding regarding the submittal of technical specifications required by liUREG-0737, " Clarification of THI Action Plan Requirements," for the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.
In a February 26,1981, telephone comersation with R. J. Clark of your-staff, we were informed that the PRC staff will prepare model technical specifications.to comply with NUREG-0737 items and forward them for licensee use. Based on that discussion we do not intend to forward any ' technical. specifications for NU, REG-0737 items until receivinr specific guidance from the NRC staff.
