RPS PANEL DESIGN DEFICIENCIES, (NCR PRC 80-31)
Initial report of the subject deficiency was cade to NRC-OIE, Region II. Inspector, F. S. Cantrell, on August 7, 1980.
The first and i
second interim reports on the subject deficiency were transmitted on L
September 3 and Nove=ber 18, 1980, respectively.
In compliance
' with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, this constitutes the
-third interim report for the subject deficiency.
TVA has roade no progress on this problem other than that previously reported. "We are awaiting information from CE regarding final corrective actions. We anticipate transmitting the final report on
' or before April 30, 1981.
TVA considers 10 CFR Eg;1,2J applicable to this reportable deficiency.
