US Nuclear Regulatory Commission NQ'/, s Washington, DC 20555 DOCKET 50-155, LICENSE DPR-6 BIG ROCK POINT PLANT By letter dated September 23, 1975 we reported the failure of an off-gas monitor channel to trip during testing (UE-5-75). Subsequent review has revealed that the model number contained in the failure data was wrong. The part number should have been General Electric Log-Rad-Monitor Model 212E755 rather than 212E375 I regret any inconvenience this error may have caused.
