ran Bechheefer In a letter dated Decerrber 15,Ic80 from Mr. Bredley Jones, Counsel i for the NRC, I was informad that I would no longer be able to receive copies of the transcripts in this proceeding. ,

Although a copy of these transcricts will be available at the Publio Documents Hoom at Midland, they cannot be checked out. Since I live about fifteen miles from the library and my personal responsibilities do not allow m.e to use the library extensively during its regular hours, I am severely limited by this decisicn.

I have read all the doeurents and depositions I have received thus far and feel tnat thi.s study is essential to my participation in,and understanding of this complex proceeding.
