Dear Mr. Chilk:
On October 8, 1980 we sent you for filing by mail twnety-two copies of the Initial Trial Brief of the Public Utilties Board of Brownsville, Te xas . The next morning we were advised that our support staf f responsible for the mailing believed that the correct postage might not have been placed on the five envelopes of the mailing because these envelopes j were set aside while the staff applied pcstage -to service i list copies. On October 9, 1980, I wrote to you explaining the circumstances and enclosing a second set of twenty-two i briefs. ,
