(COMMISSIONER ACTION ITEM)
This is to advise you that the Commissioners have reviewed the subject license to Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
The Commission (with three Commissioners approving) has accepted your recommendation to export to Taiwan 325,822 kilograms of i uranium, enriched to 3.3% U-235, in the form of fuel assembl es containing uranium dioxide.
Commissioner Gilinsky did not participate in this action.
