- 1. Attached is a copy of the Petition for Rehearing filed on October 8, 1980, by the Applicants in the Jamesport Siting Board proceeding. Petitions were also filed by two other parties, Suffolk County and the Long Island Farm Bureau. Re-sponses to these petitions are due on October 31, 1980.
- 2. We will file with the Appeal Board a paper indicating our view of the impact of the Siting Board developments on (a) this appeal and (b) the Jamesport construction pe:. nits . It is not apparent at the moment precisely when this filing will occur since the Siting Board situation remains somewhat fluid.
