We received your letter of September 29, 1980, and check for $150 for an amendment to Certificate of Compliance No. 9010.
Your request has been classified by the Licensing staff as requiring a minor amendment to the certificate since the review will involve consideration of safety issues.
Therefore, a minor amendment fee of
$2,800 is required, as specified in fee Category llB of Section 170.31 of Part 170, copy enclosed.
Payment of the additional $2,650 should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and mailed to my attention. When submitting the fee, please refer to CONTROL NUMBER 17490.
Please note Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of Seciton 170.31, which provide that upon completion of the licensing review, the Commission will review its expenditures for professional manpower and appropriate support services; recompute the amendment fee, and, if necessary, make any refund.
