Dear Dr. Williams:
Thank you for your letter of August 27th and the invitation to a forum on nuclear power next year.
Schedule and Congress permitting, I would be glad to participate. March looks reasonable from a schedule standpoint, and I do not have any substantial commitments for that month as yet.
So, I think you ce,uld pick a date to suit yourself.
I would note that March is always a busy month for Congressional hearings and there is always some chance of the Congress preempting my time.
Generally, however, I have been able to work out conflicts of that sort.
