Plant Status Estimated fuel loading date is October 15, 1980.

Licensina Status Supplement No. 4 to the SER, Addendum to the Final Environmental Statement, Technical Specifications and Environmental Protection Plan were sent to reproduction for printing. The fuel loading and low power testing license is in the concurrence chain.
Input for Supplement No. 5 to the SER to support the full power license is being prepared.
Staff completed SE input on schedule for:

III.D.l.1 Primary Coolant Outside Containment (ETSB)
