of the analysis of the effects of natural phenomena relative to your plutonium fabrication operations at Richland, Washington. The subject increment of analysis is the environmental consequences of postulated plutonium releases from your Richland, Washington plant as a result of severe natural phenomena.

A draft of the enclosure has been reviewed, and commented upon, by those analysts who required the results to carry out succeeding analyses and by NRC staff.

The nkt staff has endorsed this final version of the review for application in succeeding analyses.

However, we will consider challenge of our endorsement when supported by credible technical bases.
