ilg-Gentlemen:
In the referenced meeting, and in subsequent meetings between NRC and UNC personnel, we agreed to submit a modified Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan which would be applic?ble to our decommissioning efforts.
Based on those meetir.gs, we are submitting with this letter several chapters of the Decommissioning FNMC for your review.
The remainder of this submittal will be made the week of September 1, 1980.
As this submittal covers a different mode of operation, but does not decrease the effectiveness of the nuclear material control program, no license fee is being submitted, consistent with your letter of March 20, 1979.
