C. Lovendale on May 28, 1980, of a shipment of radioactive waste that arrived at Nuclear Engineering Company, Richland, Washington, from the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station.

Appendix A to Reference (a) identified one item of noncompliance with NRC requirements.

Our response to this item of noncompliance is provided in Attachment A.
