70-1821 ORDER On September 26, 1980, the Commission received a letter from Allied-General fluclear Services requesting that the period for responding to the Corrission's AJgust 7,1980 order be extended beyond the September 29 dead-line.

Upon further inquiry by the Concission, Allied-General stated that it desired a 60-day extension.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.808(b) this recuest is denied, although the Concission, to the extent possible, will consider untimely comments.
