U.S. NCCLEAR REGULATORY COM%IISSION EXPORT LICENSE XSNM01678 Conditions License Numcer Condition 1 - Licensee shcIl file with the Customs Officer or the Postmester two copies,in cddi-tion to those otherwise recuired, of the Shipper's Export Dec!crction covering ecch export and merk one of such copies for trcnsmittel to the U.S. Nuclect Regu-Ictory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following decicrotion should cc-company or be pieced on the Shipperi Export Dec!crations for such exports:
"This shipment is being mcde pursucnt to specific license number (specific license number) filed et (location of Custorns office where license is filed),
on (date license was filed). This license expires en (expiration date on license), and the unshipped bclence remcining en this license is sufficient to cover the shipment described on this decleration.
Condition 2 - Exports cuthorized in cny country er destinction, except Country Groups C 5, W, X, Y, and 2 in Port 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehens:ve Expert Schedule of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
